Haran Thurairajah

Co-Founder

After completing his degree in accounting and finance Haran worked in public finance for over 10
years as senior finance officer for Sanctuary Group. After hearing about bitcoin in 2016 he became fascinated by blockchain capability and its potential in real-world use. Since then he has been involved in building applications for companies involved in this field. 


Haran has vast experience of building and funding initiatives using blockchain technology and is applying that understanding and knowledge to help LiCuido build state-of-the-art products.

COO

Gareth brings 30+ years in securities finance, including senior roles at Citibank NA. He has partnered with global asset owners to implement effective lending and reinvestment strategies.

Brian Lynch

CEO & Co-Founder

With nearly 30 years of experience in Capital Markets, his career includes roles as Head of Capital
Markets EMEA at BNY Mellon, Head of Flow Rates EMEA at Nomura, and Global Head of Sterling
Delta Trading at RBS.

For the last 8 years he’s been a Non-Executive Director at Invest & Fund the FCA-regulated peer-to-peer property lender. Recently Brian also had the role of CFO of the renewable energy scale-up Solivus.

 

Brian holds a Masters in Engineering and Computer Science from Oxford University.
LiCuido perfectly combines his passion for technology and knowledge of financial markets.

Paul Fisher

Chairman

Paul was a policy maker at the Bank of England for 26 years, serving on its Monetary Policy Committee, interim Financial Policy Committee and the Board of the Prudential Regulation Authority. His senior posts in the Bank included those of:
 

  • Executive Director for Markets from 2009-14,

  • Executive Director for Insurance Supervision 2014-15 and

  • Deputy Head of the PRA 2014-2016.


Paul now has a diversified career of non-executive, consultancy and academic roles. He is involved in consultancy work and technical assistance for central banks. He teaches

post-graduate courses on Comparative Central Banking (WBS) and Sustainable Finance (LIBF). 
 

  • Chair of the London Bullion Market Association;

  • Non-executive Director at the UK Debt Management Office;

  • Principal, PGFpolicy Ltd for consultancy work.

  • Honorary Professor, University of Warwick Business School (WBS).

  • Visiting Professor, London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).

  • Visiting Professor, Richmond, the American International University in London.

  • Senior Research Fellow, King’s College Business School, DAFM Research Centre.

Stuart Tully

Special Advisor

Stuart has worked within the financial services industry for almost 40 years, in the latter years as CEO of Rates and Fixed Income at Tradition UK, one of the world’s largest IDBs. More recently he has been the CEO of the AMS Group. He has a deep knowledge of what drives clients and regulators, and the numerous challenges the industry faces.
